Please be sure the game's sound is enabled from the settings menu of the game and your phone sound is turned on. If you're still having trouble, please check to see if your phone is on silent, do not disturb, or vibrate, as these can sometimes impact the app sound as well.

If you're using an iOS device and have recently updated the game - please restart your device and the issue of no sound should resolve.
