Some accounts are having trouble linking their game through Google Play. Our team are aware of this issue and investigating. 

While we await the fix for this issue, you can try linking via Facebook instead.

We also recommend taking a screenshot of your Player ID in the settings menu of the game and keeping it on hand. This will ensure we can access or transfer your data manually if needed.
