Here are the steps to filling your emotional sand jar:
- Select your plant by tapping on it from the main room in your house.
- Select the watering can and pick enriched water.
- Choose the emotional naming activity.
- Choose your emotion to fill your jar.
You can view your sand jar if you have placed it as a decoration in a room, but you can’t fill it unless you water your plant.
