Be sure to link your game on your old device to back up your account data. You can do this by linking your account in the settings menu of the game!

On the new device, go through the tutorial until the settings menu can be accessed. In the settings menu, link your account with the same account type as your old device. After linking, a pop-up will show your old save data. Select ‘replace’ to restore your old save on your new phone.

Note: you will only be able to transfer save data between Apple phones or between Android phones.
