Some users are experiencing a bug in which the store doesn't load, remaining stuck on a black screen. We're currently investigating the cause and possible fixes to this. For some players, accessing through the Featured Pot or Critter Lure/Rare Leaf Candy links can circumvent this issue, for others even that doesn't work. If you miss a limited time pack because you can't access the store, contact support and let them know!
